So where did Ghostwriting come in?
When the world shut down in 2020, Alicia had to pivot, like the rest of the world and determine how she could help others from the confines of a computer screen. Many executives (leaders, lawyers, and change makers) found it was the perfect time to write the book that had been thinking about for years. Alicia was there to help get their messages out.
The next logical step was to write her own book.
Alicia wasn’t sure what to share with the world. One idea was to write about some complex business models to demonstrate how smart she is — and yes, she’s super smart. However, that didn’t feel right.
After a year of contemplation, yes, a full twelve months, Alicia came to the conclusion that systems are “all about the people who work within the systems.” We train people technically and educate them on acceptable behaviors. However, there’s a gap in helping individuals to unlock the power and potential inside of themselves. The person they are when looking out to the great abyss, when no one is judging or evaluating. What would be missing if they were not here?
